It's up to rank and file Republicans and their representative town GOP chairman to begin the process of rebuilding the Saratoga County Republican Party.
Reform cannot happen until and unless there is new leadership at the top - County Chairman Jasper Nolan refuses to step aside. He remains because he cannot survive without his title. He is too old to rebuild this once highly successful organization. Under Nolan, the ethics of the party has suffered - we only need to look at Joe Bruno to see that.
Contact your town chairs and ask them to form a group to nominate a new county chairman who will be elected in September 2011.
