Saratoga Politics is aware of a very larger group of Republicans and Conservatives in Saratoga who will not take orders from an unstable, lingering, out of touch County Chairman named Jasper Nolan.
The group is being formed to stand on principles of the Republican Party - they are unhappy with Roy McDonald.
